Use this page to check the status of your malvêtu order.

Orders move through production, fulfillment, carrier handover, transit, and delivery. Tracking may take time to update after a shipping label is created.

Use the tracking link sent to your email after shipment.

When tracking becomes available

Tracking is usually available after your order has been prepared and handed to the carrier.

You may receive a tracking number before the carrier has scanned the package. This is normal. Tracking may show movement only after the package reaches a carrier facility or transit point.

Common order statuses

Order confirmed

Your order has been received.

In production

Your order is being prepared through professional production and fulfillment partners.

Fulfilled

Your order has been prepared and is moving toward carrier handover.

Label created

A shipping label has been created. The package may still be waiting for carrier scan.

In transit

The package is moving through the carrier network.

Out for delivery

The package is scheduled for delivery soon.

Delivered

The carrier has marked the package as delivered.

Delivery attempted

The carrier tried to deliver the package and may try again or leave pickup instructions.

Returned to sender

The package is being returned. This may happen because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refused delivery, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect.

If tracking has not updated

Tracking can pause during carrier transfer, customs processing, weekends, public holidays, international routing, or local delivery handling.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact client care.

  • tracking number
  • full name
  • email address used at checkout
  • shipping country
  • last tracking update

If your package says delivered

If tracking says delivered, first check:

  • mailbox
  • front door
  • building entrance
  • reception desk
  • parcel locker
  • concierge
  • neighbors
  • household members
  • local delivery office

If the package is still missing, contact client care with your order number and tracking number.

If your package is delayed

Delays may happen because of:

  • carrier volume
  • customs processing
  • public holidays
  • weather
  • local delivery disruption
  • incorrect or incomplete address
  • unpaid customs or import charges
  • international routing

We will review the available tracking information and guide you on the next step.

If your package is returned

If tracking shows returned to sender, contact:

Returned Package

Include your order number, tracking number, and shipping address.

Reshipment may depend on the reason for return, package status, address accuracy, destination, and applicable law.
